  • 1 cup almond milk (or dairy free milk of choice)
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tsp ground flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder Optional


  • Add all your smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 8-oz cups or 1 bowl. Go wild with your toppings!
