  • 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt or non-dairy alternative
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened plant-based milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup plain pumpkin puree
  • 1-2 tsp coconut palm sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 pinch sea salt


  • Whisk together all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Spoon into a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  • Close and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight before eating. Makes (1) large portion or (2) smaller portions.
