  • Blender


  • 3/4 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen avocado
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp MCT powder
  • 2 tsp flax seed powder
  • 2 1/2 tsp monkfruit sweetener


  • Add all ingredients to your blender. Mix with 12 oz unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk. Voila!
